These terms apply to your use of anglobalhub.com and to any purchase from AN Global Trade Hub (registration no. 202303181028 (TR0287591-H)), a business registered in Malaysia ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell digital products, including eBooks, templates, guides, online courses and memberships. Each product description explains what is included. All products are delivered online; nothing is shipped.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout, in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, such as Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
3. Delivery and access
Access is provided immediately after payment, by download link or online account, sent to the email address you give at checkout. If you have not received access within 24 hours, contact us.
4. Subscriptions
Some products may be offered as subscriptions or memberships that renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
5. Licence
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish our products, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our products belongs to AN Global Trade Hub or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
7. Educational information only
Our products provide general information and education. They are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice, and results depend on your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or income.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
